The Core Legacy Film
Every Legacy Film begins with our Core Package, which provides a complete and meaningful foundation.

Our Core Legacy Film is designed to capture one person’s life story with depth, care, and cinematic quality.
Every film begins with a guided intake and discovery process, followed by a 75–90 minute Discovery Call where we begin shaping the story, identifying meaningful themes, and planning the best approach for filming.
The Core Legacy Film includes up to three filming days:

Pre-Production & Discovery
• Guided intake and discovery preparation
• 75–90 minute Discovery Call
• Story planning and creative direction
• Production planning and scheduling
Interview Filming Day
• One dedicated interview filming day
• One primary filming location
• Approximately 4–6 hours of filming
• One to three interview setups within the location, where appropriate
• Professional lighting and audio capture
B-Roll Filming Day
• One dedicated B-roll filming day
• Filming at one or two local locations, where appropriate
• Documentary-style footage of meaningful spaces, objects, photographs, heirlooms, hobbies, routines, workspaces, family moments, and personal details connected to the story
• Exterior, geography, aerial, or creative camera work where appropriate
Pickup / Additional Sequence Day (filling in the gaps)
• One additional filming day for pickup shots, missed details, or added story sequences needed during the edit
• Additional visuals captured after the story has taken shape in the editing process
Post-Production & Delivery
• Documentary-style editing shaped by the story itself
• Licensed music
• Colour correction and sound mix
• Final private viewing files (Trailer Edit and Full Length Edit)
• Premium keepsake box with archival-quality USB
• One year of archival stewardship included
Legacy Films vary in length depending on the story and scope. Rather than targeting a specific runtime, our focus is creating a film that feels complete, intentional, and true.
Designed Around the Story
Many families choose to build upon the Core Legacy Film to reflect the full scope of their story.
Optional additions may include:
• Additional interview subjects
• Additional filming locations or additional filming days
• Extended editorial time or increased narrative complexity
• Family message recordings created for specific loved ones as separate video(s)

• A handcrafted Legacy Coffee Table Book
• Subtitles in English or additional languages
• Curated edits designed for private or selective sharing
